Veterans Programs under WIA (Workforce Investment Act)
Minimum Requirements
Provide your right to work documents.
Register with Selective Service if you are a male between 18 and 25.
Have income to be able to support yourself during the duration of the program. If income is some else's other than your own it must be verified in writting.
Provide a physical address,phone number, and email address if you have one.
Must have participated in three career center visits/activities.
Participate in all activities as agreed upon with your coach.
Maintain monthly contact with the career center.
Provide an alternate and emergency number.
All training an supportive services must be justified and approved by the case review management team.
Please contact your Veteran representitive at your local EDD office.
Career advancement accounts (CAA) provides military spouses with up to $3000 in training funds to pay for training in high growth and high demand industries. Contact your base Education Center

Customers approved for ITA funds can purchase training from Green Works Environmental Services with approval from the location manager.
